If you are returning or exchanging any merchandise,  .
All non-custom, non-engraved merchandise purchased from Eternity Rings and Bands can be returned to our facility for a refund, exchange, or resizing within 30 days of ordering. Please note that a $45.00 handling/processing fee is assessed for every item returned to our facility for any reason.
In order to process a return or exchange, and follow the instructions for sending your ring. Securely pack your Eternity ring and other materials included with your order in a box designed for mailing; all carriers provide suitable packaging at their mailing locations. As we can assume no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, we strongly recommend insuring your shipment and using registered mail with delivery confirmation and tracking or another guaranteed method of shipping. The cost to ship your item with insurance will most likely fall between $5.00 and $25.00.
Your item should arrive in our office in 2-10 days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
All refunds will be processed within five days of receiving returned merchandise and credited to the card used for the original purchase. Bank wire transfers are refunded via company check. Please note that while credit/debit card refunds post immediately to our accounts when issued, your card issuing bank may require 1-5 business days to process and apply the refund to your account. |

Each eternity band we offer is designed to exceed the industry standard with top-quality gems and metals, and each item undergoes a rigorous inspection prior to shipment.
We stand behind every item, and all of our jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered to your door free of any manufacturer defects. Should you ever experience any trouble with your jewelry, please follow the instructions above to return it to our offices for inspection. If the issue is due to structural defects, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If the damage is due to normal wear and tear, then our offices will repair your jewelry for an extremely competitive rate plus $45.00 to cover shipping/handling/processing. You may also return your jewelry to our offices for cleaning, polishing, prong-tightening, and rhodium plating for life. |

All sales of custom or engraved merchandise are final.
Eternity rings generally require remanufacturing of the entire piece in order to properly resize them; please note that this can add up to 10 business days to your exchange/sizing processing time.
A standard $45.00 handling/processing fee applies to all merchandise received in our facility for return, exchange, or service. Merchandise received at our location that is ineligible for return, exchange, or service under our policy as detailed above will be returned to the sender at his or her expense.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in unused condition to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of excessive wear, intentional damage or tampering, or alteration by a jeweler other than Eternity Rings and Bands will not be accepted. All certified diamonds must also be accompanied by the original paperwork including the laboratory grading report, or a $150 charge will apply. All sales of custom orders and engraved merchandise are final.
