Each eternity band we offer is designed to exceed
the industry standard with top-quality gems and
metals, and each item undergoes a rigorous
inspection prior to shipment. We stand behind
every item, and all of our jewelry is guaranteed to
be delivered to your door free of any manufacturer
defects. Should you experience any trouble with
your jewelry, please use this form to return it to
our office for inspection. If the issue is due to
structural defects, we will repair or replace the
item free of charge. If the damage is due to normal
wear and tear, then we will repair your jewelry for
an extremely competitive rate plus $45 to cover
shipping/handling/processing. You may also return
your jewelry to our office for cleaning, polishing,
prong-tightening, and rhodium plating for life; only
a shipping/handling/processing fee of $45 applies. |
